Mr. Michael Bolognese

Mr. Michael Bolognese comes to the Academy as an experienced high school teacher in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. For more than 20 years he taught theology to all levels at Villa Joseph Marie High School in Holland, PA. He taught all aspects of the Faith and led his students to maturity in their own faith. While there he also served as the moderator for the Pro-Life Club, the Community Service Corps and the Photography Club. He was known for his deep faith in Christ, the ability to connect students to biblical truths, and for his caring nature. Mr. Bolognese also taught our beloved Maria during her freshman year at Villa. His other accomplishments include being a professional photographer and art teacher at the high school level.

Mr. Bolognese has a BS in Art Education (Kutztown State University) and an MA in Theology from St. Charles Borromeo Seminary. He is married and the father of five children.
