Mr. Francis Koerber
Mr. Koerber began his musical studies at the age of 5 in private piano and began composing at age 11. He was a chorister of Immaculate Conception Church boys choir in Columbus, Ohio, and studied at the Peabody Preparatory of Music. He majored in organ performance, composition and theory at Towson State University, and composition at the Peabody Conservatory of Music. He has held numerous posts as choirmaster and organist in Maryland and in Wyoming. His choral works have been performed by the Baltimore Symphony, Towson State University Chorale, Coro Odyssea of Lisbon, Portugal, and numerous church, cathedral, and chamber choirs around the globe. Mr. Koerber has been a member of the Church Music Association of America and continues to serve as choirmaster and organist in Pennsylvania.
